Tirza Mabel Baran Cornejo

Mabel is a dedicated English and Spanish teacher with 7 years of experience in the field of education. She has studied in the SEAL program of the U.S. Embassy and holds the international TESOL certification. Throughout her career, she has contributed to municipal programs, worked at the Instituto Guatemalteco Americano (IGA). Currently she is part of the CORE Program teaching English to police officers from the Policía Nacional Civil. She is also part of the academic coordination team at the Instituto Internacional de Aprendizaje. Mabel has also expanded her expertise through studies in interpretation and translation at Universidad Mariano Gálvez.
